The Micronic 48-3 Rack is developed to hold 48 3.00ml hybrid tubes with external thread. In addition to the standard ANSI/SLAS footprint, the ULT Racks are provided with more features ideal for automation.

The Micronic 96-2 Rack is developed for 96 individual 0.75ml internally threaded or externally thread tubes. Absolute traceability and reproducibility on the racks is ensured through novel laser-etched alphanumeric visual location aids on top of the racks, a unique laser etched 1D barcode and human readable code on the side of the racks and a 2D Data-Matrix code on the bottom of the rack.

The Micronic 96-3 Rack is designed for 0.80ml tubes with external thread and 1.10ml tubes with internal thread. The racks are provided with cover prints indicating rack and tube type, rack orientation marks and a highly transparent cover which enables easy visual checking of the enclosed samples. The 96-3 Rack is standard available with a 1D barcode.

The Micronic 96-4 Rack can hold 96 individual 1.40ml tubes Internal Thread with TPE Push Caps/ Low Profile Screw Caps or Screw Caps or 1.40ml tubes External Thread with Screw Caps. Precision manufactured in a certified class 7 clean room production facility, the Micronic 96-4 Rack is based on the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (ANSI/SLAS) standards for storage racks and accommodates 96 tubes.

The Micronic 96-Q1 Rack holds 96 individual 0.50ml internally threaded tubes with Screw Caps. The rack is made from Polycarbonate which has excellent properties for low temperatures (vapor phase LN2). The Micronic EFC 96-3 Rack RM is 99% made of recycled material. The Eco Rack is designed for 1.10ml internally or externally threaded tubes with screw caps and 1.40ml tubes with external/internal thread.

Scanner that reads whole racks filled with 2D coded tubes. A deep focus image sensor ensures the highest accuracy 2D code reading. By activating the uniquely designed active anti-frost system on the DR710, ambient air is drawn into the scanner where it is cleaned of dust. Warmed dry air in the scanner prevents condensation on the scanning plate when the scanner is used as described in the Getting Started manual.
