Model NU-5700 is a CO2 Incubator uses direct heating elements to maintain set point temperature. It comes standard with a dual wave infrared (IR) sensor to control CO2 gas levels creating optimal growth conditions at or near body temperature.

High-Throughput Automation for Cell Density and Viability Analysis

Single use bags for CellMaker bioreactors are easily replaced within minutes for a fast turnaround.

The CellMaker uses airlift technology for aerating and mixing the cells in single-use bioreactor bags. Gas bubbles are used to move cells and nutrients, eliminating the need for mechanical mixing, providing exceptional oxygenation and minimizing the shear stress. The system is comprised of a sterile bag that is fitted into an Enclosure to constrain the vessel. Contents of the bag are agitated by an influx of gas through a sparge tube. The system supports all types of gas and these are accurately monitored by a Controller.
