Nova Biomedical in Denmark

Important Information Regarding the Distribution of Nova Biomedical BioProfile® Products in Denmark 

Dear Customer, 

We are pleased to inform you that, effective 1 November 2026, Nordic Biolabs AB has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Nova Biomedical's BioProfile® portfolio in Denmark, including instruments, consumables, service, and repair support. This appointment follows Nova Biomedical's decision to transition the distribution responsibilities from Halm & Halby to Nordic Biolabs.  

As a long-established Nordic life science supplier with local presence and dedicated technical support resources, Nordic Biolabs is committed to ensuring a seamless transition and continued high-quality support for your BioProfile systems. 

Preparing for the Transition 

To enable us to provide uninterrupted service and support from 1 November, we kindly ask you to provide the following information regarding your installed BioProfile instruments: 

  • Number of instruments 
  • Instrument serial numbers 
  • Installed modules and/or ESM configurations 
  • Whether the instruments are operated in a GMP environment 
  • Any specific requirements, limitations, qualifications, or site-specific procedures we should be aware of 

For service planning purposes, it would also be highly appreciated if you could share: 

  • The scheduled date of the next preventive maintenance (PM) for each instrument 
  • Available service history, including recent service reports, if accessible 

In addition, we would appreciate receiving a forecast of your expected monthly consumables usage to help us ensure optimal inventory planning and supply continuity. 

New Customer Registration 

If your organization is not currently registered as a customer with Nordic Biolabs, we kindly ask you to send the following information: 

  • Company name 
  • Contact person(s) 
  • Company registration number (CVR) 
  • VAT number 
  • Billing and delivery addresses 

This information will allow us to create your customer profile in our ERP system and prepare for a smooth transition.
