Stool DNA Stabilizer & Collection tubes
The Stool Collection Tubes are designed for stool sample collection and stabilization using a liquid stabilization buffer. The Stool DNA Stabilizer effects inactivation of DNases and prevents degradation of DNA, it preserves the microorganism titre and prelyses bacteria.
- Can be stored in the Stool DNA Stabilizer containing tubes during 3 months at room temperatures without cooling
- For the DNA extraction an aliquot may be used, the residual sample is stored for further extractions.
- Suitable for NGS applications, microbiome and microbiota diversity studies, pathogen & parasite detection
