Glutamine/Glutamate-Glo Assay

The Glutamine/Glutamate-Glo Assay is a bioluminescent assay for rapid, selective and sensitive detection of glutamine and glutamate in biological samples. The assay is based on the conversion of glutamine to glutamate by Glutaminase enzyme.
