NEFA-HR(2) Assay is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) test for the quantitative determination of non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA) in serum.NEFA-HR(2) Assay is based on the enzymatic method using 3-Methyl-N-Ethyl-N-(β-Hydroxyethyl)-Aniline (MEHA) as a violet color agent.
Reagent 1, Reagent 1a, Reagent 2 and Reagent 2a as well a standard are required for this assay.
