Trypsin-EDTA 0.25 % HBSS (1x) w phenol red

Trypsin-EDTA solutions are used for the detachment of adherent cells from culture surfaces. They are composed of natural porcine pancreas-derived trypsin and EDTA. The addition of phenol red serves as a pH indicator to adjust to the perfect cell culture conditions.
