Accutase is a cell detachment solution of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes. It has been developed for gentle and effective detachment of adherent cells. The advantages over Trypsin/EDTA treatment are that it is less damaging to cells, thus leading to increased viability and no inactivation of the enzymes by inhibitors or serum is required. Does not contain mammalian or bacteria-derived products
